Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Return Policy
We accept returns of any unworn products in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges if a return is accepted by the shop. Please contact us within three days of delivery. If you do not contact us within this time frame, no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued.
Note: We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items damaged during shipping, as this is beyond our control. We will pack items securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Handmade Items
All items are entirely handmade, which means there may be slight variations and unique imperfections. This ensures each pair of earrings is one of a kind. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on-screen. Examples of imperfections may include fingerprints, small bubbles, slight differences in drop length, or other small marks that do not detract from the earrings/charms look and design.
Quality Assurance
We strive to provide quality earrings. However, due to the handmade nature of polymer clay earrings, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but rest assured, we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.
